I think there is PLENTY, If an entire nation can be convinced that a group of people are evil and then shove said people in ovens you tell me. Anything is possible no matter what country you live in or ideology you have. Human beings are capable of GREAT EVIL or GREAT Kindness. This was actually a very good interview. Letterman clearly made it known how he felt about his politics and insane it is to give tax breaks to wealthy people when your economy is so bad.

I really liked what Dave said after Paul left about "what's so wrong about the wealthy paying their fair share and the middle class having collective bargaining rights.".

Yes, I believe that the majority of Americans are on the side of right.

When Rand said that the wealthy actually do pay most of the taxes in the country he got applause but there are going to be a few " I will be wealthy someday" guys wherever you go.

The problem is that a group of the wealthy do pay most of the taxes what people for some reason fail to understand is that the real wealthy pay little to no tax so it is true. The common wealthy pay most of the taxes but the idea that the more you make or earn the more you pay in taxes is wrong; to be uber wealthy is to pay little to no tax that is what the common wealthy should work to achieve. That is exactly true Tristen. I would also say these upper but not quite top wealthy could afford to pay more.

In Rand's interview he mention that 96% or something of all tax money comes from the middle and upper classes but what he doesn't mention is how much of that comes from people making $60-70,000 a year.
