Stephen King at Awake the State Rally in Sarasota 3.8.11

Post by DesperateInRI on Wed Mar 09, 2011 12:48 pm

"As a rich person, I pay 28% tax. What am I doing not paying 50%?" -Novelist Stephen King affraid

Author Stephen King makes a surprise appearance yesterday at Florida's "Awake the State Rally" and gives an excellent speech on the lack of job creation, tax cuts for the rich and union solidarity! Must watch and comment!

Remake of the wizzard of Oz Palin as Dorothy, MCconnel as the Cowardly Lion, Boehner as the Tan Tin man, Scott Walker as the Scare Crow. This time the EVIL FLYING MONKEYS WIN! Twisted Evil

Contact him! Tell him your story! This hell we are living in could certainly be a topic for his next horror novel! affraid

His speech at the rally in Sarasota is worth listening to. He speaks out not only for the unions, but for the millions of Americans suffering in this country today. Thank you, Stephen King!
cheers

Wow, for such a private person this was an amazingly public statement of support! Finally another person that has "made it big" but hasn't forgotten his family foundations, the importance of unions, and the absurdity of preventing our government from repairing itself NOW in exchange for winning it all in 2012. Put a put a smile on my face. I sent a thank you to his message board too

Even Elisabeth Hasselbeck; a very conservative Republican said on The View today that the Republicans should just save all their money for the 2016 elections because nobody is going to want them elected for anything in 2012...
